Jez owes almost three months rent so Mark has a plan to get the "El Dude Brothers" back together; he gets Jez an interview at JLB Credit as a clerical assistant. Whilst Mark desperately tries to explain away the race hate, Jez finds alternative employment by joining Toni’s pyramid scheme but is still faced with the dilemma of trying to fail the interview without actually looking like he doesn't want the job.
