Jez discovers just how inhibited he really is on a weekend trip to Rainbow Rhythms Gwynn, and Sophie finds out why Mark seems to know all her inner thoughts.
However some things never change and their love lives are as fucked as ever, although a trip to Rainbow Rhythms dance group has some surprising results.
Sophie is impressed with Mark's unexpected newfound relaxed attitude, and Jez discovers a hot new girlfriend, the totally un-inhibited Nancy, but in their success lays the seeds of their doom.
