Jez discovers just how inhibited he really is on a weekend trip to Rainbow Rhythms Gwynn, and Sophie finds out why Mark seems to know all her thoughts on him.
However some things never change and their love lives are as fucked as ever, although a trip to Rainbow Rhythms dance group has some positive results.
Sophie is impressed with Mark's unexpected newfound relaxed attitude, and Jez discovers a hot new girl, the taboo breaking Nancy, but in their success lays the seeds of their doom.
